During your Venus Bliss Max™ treatment session, you’ll lie comfortably while the applicator is working on your target zone. You can chat, scroll your phone, or just relax. We’ll check your comfort level throughout and adjust settings so it feels intense enough to work, but still manageable.

Your session may include: Diode laser lipolysis for fat reduction (warmth building in the area); (MP)² for RF/PEMF skin tightening + cellulite support (warm pulsing/massage sensation). EMS for muscle stimulation/toning (strong contractions—like a guided workout).

After the session, it is recommended to hydrate well, light movement, avoid heavy alcohol, skip intense heat and wear comfortable clothing. You will receive aftercare instructions from our team.

Venus Bliss MAX™ may not be appropriate if you are pregnant, currently undergoing IVF, have certain thyroid disorders, have an internal defibrillator/pacemaker, metal implants, or have medical conditions that are triggered by heat exposure.

Aftercare isn’t complicated, but it matters. Think of it as helping your body “follow through” on what we started.

Right after your session (same day):

Hydrate well: aim for extra water that day (your body loves this during contouring plans).

Light movement helps: a walk, errands, normal daily activity—nothing extreme required.

Avoid heavy alcohol the same day if you can—it can increase inflammation and dehydration.

Skip intense heat for the rest of the day if you’re very sensitive (hot tubs/saunas) unless we’ve told you it’s fine for you.

Wear comfortable clothing: some people feel a little tender, and tight waistbands can be annoying.

For the next 24–48 hours:

Expect mild soreness if EMS was used—like a core day at the gym.

Gentle stretching is great if you feel tight.

Keep hydration steady and stick to normal, balanced meals (no intense dieting needed).
