What are exosomes?

Exosomes are tiny particles your cells use to communicate. They carry proteins and other signals from one cell to the next, and that signalling is part of how skin repairs and renews itself.

In aesthetic medicine, exosomes are used to support skin quality and recovery, most often alongside a treatment that already starts a renewal response, such as RF microneedling. Research in this area is growing, and results vary from person to person.

Which exosome treatment is right for me?

  • Injected exosomes, $750 or $1,400 for two: prepared from a small sample of your own blood drawn at the visit, then injected into the areas your practitioner selects.
  • Exosomes with microneedling, from $300: applied to the skin right after a microneedling session, while the treated skin is most receptive.

Exosomes are also offered as an add-on inside some combination protocols, such as the eyelid tightening protocols. Your practitioner assesses your skin and your main treatment first, then recommends the exosome option that belongs in the plan.
