Four ways to do the programme
- Essential Start, $250: physician assessment, with the treatment prescribed when medically appropriate.
- Boost & Enhance, $500: the assessment, a personalized meal plan and 2 body sculpting treatments.
- Complete Support, $999 for 6 months: the assessment, a meal plan, 3 nurse follow-ups, nurse access by phone or email and 4 body sculpting treatments.
- Premium Transformation, $1,500 for 1 year: the assessment, a meal plan with 3 follow-ups, nurse access by phone or email for the year, 4 in-person nurse follow-ups, 4 body sculpting treatments, a physician reassessment and a treatment renewal when medically appropriate.
All prices plus tax. Blood tests are extra. Your $250 is credited toward any package: Package 2 is $250 more, Package 3 is $749 more and Package 4 is $1,250 more.
How it works, step by step
- Book your assessment. $250, at Monkland or Châteauguay, in French or English.
- Meet the physician. A complete review of your history and health. Blood work is ordered as your history calls for it, at the clinic or at a CLSC or hospital lab.
- Start your plan. When the treatment suits you, it is prescribed at this visit and filled at your pharmacy. You choose your package, with the $250 already credited.
- Stay supported. Your meal plan, nurse follow-ups and body sculpting sessions keep you on track, with the nurse a call or an email away.
